I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of response regarding my return and replacement request for the following REFERENCE NUMBERS:

MRRN-6V6MD-AMEW MRRN-A7GX9-PD9K

Both defective items were returned well within the warranty period, and I requested replacements — yet I have been waiting for over three weeks with absolutely no feedback from your side. This level of service is unacceptable for any customer, let alone one who followed your procedures correctly.

At this point, I demand an immediate update on the status of these replacements. The silence and lack of accountability on your part is completely unprofessional.
