TAKEALOT- UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE DELIVERY

I had an extremely negative experience, i ordered a speaker for my sons birthday and requested next day delivery which I paid for. The parcel never arrived and no one followed up with me. I emailed them to find out where it was and it is now day 2 and i havent heard back as to when my parcel will be delivered.

This has no only ruined the surprise that i wanted to create but is also unacceptable customer service@ Why offer the option to courier the next day when i STILL hasnt even left the warehouse yet.

I have cancelled my order and i want a full refund!
