Takealot - Unacceptable Service

I placed an order on the 5th of April 2020 - these were essential goods. My order was scheduled to be delivered on the 9th of April. I then i decided to follow up with takealot I was advised that my order would be delivered on the 14th of April. On the 14th of April I had yet to receive my order. At this point in time I was upset and requested for a refund. I was told that the goods first had to be sent back to the warehouse before takealot could issue me with a refund. It is now the 24th of April and I still have not received my money. This is so unfair as that money is needed and could be utilized elsewhere especially during these trying times.
