Takealot - Unacceptable customer service!

Over a month now and still no resolution to an order that I have paid for. Further to the last review which highlighted their absolute lack of customer service over their internal error handling (as they delivered the incorrect item), there has been no escalation of the issue and I have yet to receive confirmation of when the item paid for will be delivered! Unacceptable!
