Takealot unable to deliver COD product but funds laying in their bank account

So today I see Takealot has a big flaw in the system. I selected COD on a order, upon getting the cash ready I see I don't have enough cash. I EFT'd instantly to your bank account, and help desk informs me they need to cancel the order if I don't have the funds ready cause they don't have any other options to get the funds to my order. This is pathetic. Please take this complaint to management. While my funds is laying in their bank account, they can't even just deliver the product which was still ordered with express. #Takealotmustfall # ********** 3
