Takealot *****ulent company

I would give a minus rating if I could. Bought a laptop from them in August and returned the laptop due to it not working. Was informed a refund was processed (19 Aug) no funds appeared in my account, logged a query and was told they had not processed it and would do so immediately(23 Aug). Two months later and still no funds reflecting in my account, Given a generic proof of pmt. and referred to bank, bank can not find any refund reflecting and refer me to Takealot who then keep repeating the same story. no follow up from their side, I had to keep following up trying to find an answer. No recourse now but to report them as they seem to think they can get away with this kind of behaviour.
