Takealot *****ulent and falsifying report of damage

I purchased a television from Takealot and received it with ****aged boxing.I then opened it and tested the unit. It had a line accross and down damaged.

I went to work and the next possible opportunity booked a return. They collected the television in its original packaging.

Now I receive a declined return. The show me photos of the one corner completely busted and it wasn't. I may have had damage from their delivery when they sold it to me but it definitely wasn't me. I luckily took a photo of the delivery day when they delivered the new unit which is geolocated and date stamped.

I cannot believe their dishonesty and falsification of a report. I will give this matter over to our company legal team as they paid for it.
