Takealot *****ulent activities

I seen a dj controller for R6200 with express delivery I decided a would like to buy it 24 Dec Had I R4800 credit on my takealot vouchers and paid R1600 from my bank account The delivery date was for 27 Dec 2023. I left the order at that because 25 &26 was holiday. The delivered the box on 27. When I checked my bank the full 6200 was taken off. My credit at takealot was gone. After about 8 calls the credit was back, but I used 4800 credit to buy the dj box. I called and called for them refund the 4800 because I have debit orders but to no avail
