Takealot TV Not Working and can’t get assistance

I have bought a telefunken tv from Takealot on the 3November2025 it was working fine on the 10January2026 when I came back from work trying to switch on the TV it was not working the screen it was black I have call Takealot on the 12/01/2026 they told me I need to call the Nuworld Takealot I did call and send email I don’t get assistance and call Takealot still no assistance today I call nuworld they gave me the contact number for Duncan the number is Off I don’t know what to do with the TV that is not working and I don’t get any assistance from both department invoice no *** order no ***
