Takealot trying to trick me.

Takealot purposefully tried to de***** me by shipping a similar but lower-valued product. (don't tell me it was by accident, you scan the barcodes before the products are shipped out.)

I ordered the product to take with me on holiday (Friday 18/12/2020), but now they want me to go through a return and repurchase cycle which would NOT allow me to receive the product in time.

The product was damaged by the shipping and might even have been sent out to try and con other customers before me, it is no longer suitable for resale.

Their customer service system did not reply (24h) to my email requesting a refund of the difference between the shipped and ordered item.
