Takealot try to do better

Totally disappointed. I ordered a TV Box from takealot only to receive a default used TV Box. I returned it and requested an exchange. I received my exchanged product this morning only to discover its again an used product. How is it possible to receive an used product only to return it and receive another used product? Quality is truly disappointing. I have never received nor expected this kind of service
