Takealot tried *****ing from me

I bought a rechargeable fan for R687 and after waiting 2 weeks for delivery I eventually was delivered a fan that is worth only R220 in a box that was opened before and a fan that was used before. Not even close to the product I originally ordered. Sent it back and all I got from Takealot was a credit refund. They actually tried to ***** R467 from me by sending me a different product than the one I ordered.

Now 3 weeks later there are no stock available for any decent rechargeable fans that I could have bought had they told me then that there was no stock. Such poor service not even an apology from them just a refund into my account when I actually would prefer a payment into my bank account.
