TakeAlot Trauma

Have been shopping with Takealot for many many years... never had to return an item till recently. AND WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! They have caused me so much 'pain and suffering' in the last few days that I am just not sure where to turn. Waiting around for days for a courier. The courier/Sun Couriers.. and takelot agents - (Austen, Megan, Mobine, Felize, Carenlee, the list goes on.. of all the calls they have made to me asking if my package is ready... Also emails saying I am not answering my cell phone when I told each and every agent..call me on my landline..well guess what? Since the 19th and then the 20th and then the 22nd and then the 23rd ( on the 23rd - yesterday I had a long discussion with Austen, he promised to call me back to let me know whats happening because I insisted I would go to social media and hallo peter if the courier didn't arrive by 17h00.. well guess what..? No courier .. no phone call.. the returns department is PATHETIC. What now? *goes to hello peter. Today i will probably receive another 5 calls to ask me if the package is ready. GET THE MEMO?
