TakeAlot? TrashAlot.

I ordered several items from Takealot and 2/5 items had issues. 1. They advertised an item on their website, an assembled TV stand. The item I received was flat pieces of wood which need all sorts of equipment to assemble. When I call the help desk they notified me that the issue must have been that I read the advert wrong and that it probably did state that it was not assembled on the product description. I assure you everyone, I CAN FLIPPIN READ and the description of the product did NOT STATE THIS FACT!!!!!!

2. These people sent me an item I did not order hoping I wouldn't notice because the item I ordered is out of stock. In as much as this is pathetic consumer service, I would not put it past them. They are the very **** that does business like this.

You are ***********. Your processes are tedious and long. You can kiss my money goodbye, this is the last time I will be using Takealot. You flippen sent me an unassembled stand whereas you advertised an assembled one. To add insult to injury, you sent me an incorrect item on purpose knowing very well that you do not have anymore stock for the item I want. I don't know if you think I am stupid but I am definitely taking this up because it is disrespectful and by far the worst customer service I have ever received.

And chances are somebody is gonna buy that item as well not knowing full well what they are getting themselves into because they are deliberately advertising this product as such in hopes to trick the consumer.
