Takealot trash customer service

I ordered a battery laptop. When it came it wasn't the correct one yet the description said it fits into my laptop. I sent it back and asked for it to be replaced with the correct one. They processed it and I find out they gonna deliver the same model I sent back. I tried calling them numerous times and their call center isn't answered. Everyday this week I've called and no answer. I emailed and the person who responded left me unanswered after I sent pictures of my laptop model. Mind you I'm writing exams and need it asap. They're the worst
