takealot took my money

I ordered something I needed for work from them and needed it for the next day so I paid extra for next-day delivery and they just decided on their own that they would only deliver it 3 days after the purchase. I sent them an email to make sure it wasn’t a misunderstanding and they didn’t even reply.
