Takealot to the wrong address.

I recently placed a order with TAKEALOT ( Like plenty of times before).

Unfortunately this was the 1st encounter that ended in disbelief.

My parcel was delivered and signed for to an address and person I didn't know. After calling Takealot numerous times to inform them of the incidence they assured me that they will solve the problem.

I later received an email stating that the courrier facility said to have already delivered my package. ( Clearly stated that was not the issue).

Long story short, I had to physically go around the neighborhood and ask if anyone received a parcel jot belonging to them, since Takealot never gave me proper feedback. They have currently not even called me back to ask if the issue had been resolved.

It seems that their customer service includes empty promises.

I am utterly disappointed by this, and believe that the company should take different measures in assuring that parcels get delivered to the correct address and that appointed persons sign for the package.

This incident surely has an impact on my and my families future orders.
