Takealot to Nothingalot

I have been with takealot since they were kalahari.com, and never have I ever had such a bad experience! My sister bought me a gift on takealot and we had to return the gift due to bad quality. It has now been almost a month and nobody at takealot is giving us feedback! We send emails and get the same meaningless response! From a once happy and loyal customer
