TAKEALOT THRID TIME UNLUCKY

Third time unlucky , i am so sad to report that this company has messed up my order officially 3 times. My wife decided to purchase a product for Fathers day. The first order was for a order number order number #*** Black Volcano Smart watch for men , Takealot delivered a Rose gold watch not even the same series that she ordered. Second time we decided going with a different brand giving takealot the benefit of the doubt.Order number #*** Apex cortex was try number 2 with an Apex pen , A onwear watch delivered not a Apex cortex with NO pen . So we returned that 1still giving Takealot the benefit of the doubt. Try 3 we instead of changing brands. I received the onwear watch again with Apex pen cling wrapped to the side. I am not sure what takealot business plans are but I do not see a bright future if this is how they are dealing with customers.
