Takealot think people are stupid!

I am not happy with takealot, ordered a Cordless Impact Drill Bosch GSB 180-LI shown in the picture with battery...in description battery was explained. It arrived without battery and charger. Why would anyone order a Cordless drill without battery and charger...it's pathetic...also that takealot didn't mention that this Cordless drill doesn't come with battery and charger....it's like buying a fridges without cabe and plug...honestly, only in SA get companies away with this ridiculous business conduct...I definitely want my charger and battery...otherwise I will report this incident to the competition commission Ombudsman.
