TAKEALOT - *******!!!!!

Very very bad experience with takealot. My husband ordered an air rarchet and this was "supposedly " delivered, but not to him. The received party was not my husband. He has emailed, and phoned and are still waiting for feedback since 5 days ago. They are quick to take your money but no item received. I am fed up with takealot and their excuses. Either you deliver or pay back his money for an item he still did not receive. After alot of emails back and forth nothing came of it. All they say is please be patient till we resolved the matter. We are tired of all their excuses. I will take this matter further. I would also NOT recommend Takealot for online shopping. Not at all. They have pathetic service and dont do anything to deliver your parcel you paid for. Be careful where you shop people. If I could give a 0 rating I would.
