Takealot: they takealot from their customers

Takealot is the worst company to deal with, absolutely no customer care. They closed my account due to ***** on their side and now I can’t use my voucher that was a reward from my bank that I loaded on my Takealot app. It’s been two weeks and still no feedback despite numerous calls and emails to them. No management feedback either. Also a guy named Azeem, from takealot had the audacity to accuse me of opening numerous accounts to take advantage of new accounts special. For years I supported this store with no voucher or reward, but never ever ever again. They are *******. Pathetic and watch and see with ethics like this. Takealot won’t be operational for long.
