Takealot & Their Greed

I recently purchased a tap from them. The entire pipe started squirting water when you opened the tap. This was the 2nd one we got from them as the first ones lever would constantly fall out. The same thing happened with the 2nd one as well. After 2 months the pipe broke so I logged a return. They are refusing to have someone call me or refund my money as they say we have been neglectful on our end and they run tests on their products. If it was on our end why would the pipe just start squirting water. Also if it was actually stainless ***** it wouldn't erode or break. The worse experience ever and I will no longer be supporting Takealot. I can not wait for Amazon. Disgusting!!! The tap is cheap and that's why it broke end of story! Don't blame the user also if you see the reviews on the tap you will see it is a recurring thing!
