Takealot Theft a **** or Bad Service??

I ordered my first online purchase ever. Everything went well until after payment. I had inserted the incorrect reference number and emailed the Takealot team directly after the purchase to advise them. Nobody read my email, reverted to my email and they had still cancelled my order. I emailed them numerous times with nobody returning my email. No contact number, they now have my money and I have no products. Is this theft/ a **** or just bad service. Please help how do I contact them to deliver my product or refund me???
