Takealot theft

Theft. Paid for items using payfast direct eft only to be told money doesn't reflect by takealot. Sent pop as requested then silence. Payfast option on takealot website has since become unavailable "due to technical difficulties". No-one available to respond to queries. What happened to my purchase? Please return the money or deliver the goods.
