Takealot Theft

I ordered a emroidery frame from takealot. I ordered it as a pickup. We got the order but what was to be was a carpet not a embroidery frame. My pickup fee was R35.00. I sent the item back and asked for my money back. I received the amount of my order back but not the R35.00. I then ordered the frame again but this time delivery R75.00. What arrived at my door - a damn carpet. I sent it back and after a long e-mail exchange. They payed my money back but not my delivery fee. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE 2 TIMES IN A ROW BUT THEY KEPT MY DELIVERY FEE IN TOTAL R110.00. So if they keep 10 peoples fees it is R1100.00 This is theft. It was their mistake and I should get my money back. I will NEVER order from them.
