Takealot theft

I returned two products about 3months ago and were only refunded for one product. Both products were packed as specified in a sealed box that was marked adequately. After a while I queried why my refund was taking so long, they reponded that they would investigate. Its been 3 months now and they responded that the one item was not received and will not be refunded. This is now a case of theft as my item that was collected by takealot has now mysteriously dissappeared, although the item in the same box was refunded. Im really disappointed in the service received from takealot. This will definitely make me think twice before I buy from them again.
