TAKEALOT - *THE WORST ONLINE STORE IN THE WORLD*

On the 15 SEP 2018 I ordered a Hikvision 8 CH DVR on the 25 Sep 2018 I received my parcel. It contained the wrong product. It had a Hikvision Camera in the box. The barcode sticker was for the Hikvision DVR. I logged the return explaining that the delivery was wrong and that the barcode sticker on the product was incorrect. With the hope the problem was resolved a new order was made my takealot and sent to me. I received the new delivery on 8 Oct 2018 and the box contained the exact same product I returned to them. Its absolutely pathetic that takealot has no contact numbers on their website. The staff that tend to emails seem more concerned with lunch brakes than sending vital information up the chain of command. It truly is the reason why South-Africa could never compete on a global scale.
