Takealot- the worst girlfriend.

Takealot was my go-to online retailer since I started buying from them online a number of years ago, but after several instances of bad customer experiences, I ended the relationship and bought good elsewhere.

Fast forward a number of years later, I try to rekindle my love for Takealot.com by buying goods from them once more, but again I was reminded as to why I left in the first place. I personally think that maybe Takealot doesn't value its customers.

I bought swim goggles that I did not want, given the shabby quality. On the very same day I contacted takealot.com and requested that they cancel the order and credit my takealot account, so that I may be able purchase something more akin to my taste. Instead takealot.com botched the entire order, not only did they not adhere to my request, but they had the inferior swim goggles delivered to me with the flimsiest of packaging. Even worse is that I was requested three times to complete the tedious online returns document and none of my follow-up requests have been furnished.

Takealot.com just doesn't care about its customers.
