Takealot,the SA Frontrunner of Good Service
I am absolutely amazed by this company's service. I had faulty item to return, logged it online, i was contacted by them to arrange the exchange, and as promised the next day they not only collected faulty unit but also delivered the new one. This is unheard of in this country where delays and bad service seems to be the norm. I am impressed and this was with free delivery when i bought my unit! Thank to the whole team, you will be getting a lot of my future business and i would recommend you to anyone! Keep up the good work!
