Takealot. The real takers.

Having ordered from takealot and received someone else's order. I am expected to travel a 2 hour round trip to return item. Then travel again 2 hours to receive the correct item. All this at my expense for a Takealot mistake. Takealit yes they take a lot from their customers. Poor service poorer system. No thought for customers being charged for their errors. While at theur depot 7 others experiened similar poor service. Takealot shame on you for putting minimum wage earners in front if customers that have issues with your comoany.
