Takealot the most dishonest company ever

I placed an order on 9 December 2020 for the value of R3790.00. I received only 1 of the items purchased. Thereafter I received an email advising that my package has been lost in transit and a replacement order will be created. A replacement order was created however only for a few of the items. After numerous frustrating attempts I finally got my money back for most of the items. They have been giving me the run around for the last 4 items. Each consultant will give me another story or the other. They are always lying about everything. They can never be honest. Its a shame as this is the first time I bought from them as I did not want to go out into a shopping mall during the festive period that seemed to have been my biggest mistake. I am still waiting for my refund for 4 items and takealot refuses to cooperate and give me back my money for items I paid for and which they lost in transit.
