Takealot the joke

Takealot thinks they have the market on items, but they don't. I have had so many issues with them and when you call the customer care line, you are met with the worst customer service representatives and no managers ever available. Takealot used to be very good now they are an absolute joke! I would honestly wait for the same junk to be shipped from China via shein then wait for a parcel from takealot.

Takealot, your company needs to stop worrying about the ads and how your drivers look, and instead worry about keeping your paying customers happy, before they all take their business elsewhere!
