Takealot - the Grinch that stole Christmas

I have used and have liked using Takealot.com - Up until now - that is up until something goes wrong.

The wrong item was in delivered - and certainly wasnt the item I ordered (in Fact their App confirms it. Well the returns policy makes it sound so simple. However once you've sent photos of the Item they delivered (as they requested) everything goes quiet. This was to be a Xmas present (ordered on time). However It appears like xmas will be long gone before this gets resolved.

You cannot take the Item to their Depot either (I tried) - the Return has to be loaded on their App. The lady at the depot said it would take 10 mintues - 36 hours later and waiting.

I just want the Item I ordered - before Xmas. It was your lack of dilligence and care that caused this.
