Takealot - the faceless/ contactless impossible to address a query

I frequently order from takealot, but really, when you need to get hold of them to query something, it is impossible. There is no email address and the phone number wastes your money by taking the call, taking you through their whole story and then cuts you off. On the website you are referred to the FAQ or"Help" page which does not adress my problem. All that I am trying to find out is why is the amount showing as credit on my Takealot account different to what is paid into my bank account. It seems impossible to find someone to resolve this - the provider delivered the incorrect product and I should be refunded for all costs. It really leaves a sour taste in the mouth.
