TAKEALOT - THE DECLINE OF A POWERHOUSE (AMAZON IS COMING)

What has happened to TakeAlot? you guys were on top of your game but lost the plot completely!

You guys are experiencing a rapid customer decline, every time I place an order, there are errors and missing items. The recent delivery was extremely disappointing. Despite having paid for next day delivery of a gas heater, the driver showed up with a bundle of water bottles and other unrelated items. How is this ever possible with a modernized Waybill system? This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering it happened before. How is it possible for the same customer to face such issues twice?

I used to speak highly of your services, but now I have lost trust in TakeAlot. Unfortunately, after today, I won't be a customer anymore, even though I have spent a significant amount of money with your company.
