TAKEALOT THE BIGGEST ****! ****** OF NOTE

I bought a washing machine from Takealot ****** and realized it doesn't rinse and wanted to either exchange it or get a refund. The ****** found a piece of short hair inside the washing machine and determined it has been used when it has not and returned the machine while threatening they will discard of the it if I don't accept the return. How would I have known the machine did not rinse, if I didn't open the box. Beware of Takealot, it's a ****!! They'll tell you that you have a right to change of mind yet they don't accept returned items.
