TAKEALOT , THE BIGGEST ****MER OF ALL TIME

Return Request Number : MRRN-85REN-AKMP - I placed an order for outdoor lamps which took more than a week to arrive and were split into 2 batches , upon arrival the quality was not as great, I logged a return for the items , 1 item was damaged from the 1st batch and the 2nd batch was off a different brand , and to my surprise the 1 batch was approved for return and 2nd one was not and the reason being that the item was not in its original form which I fail to understand. The box was sellotaped together , I had to remove that in order to open the boxes and was return 2 days after the item was delivered with no damages to the items and return in the same condition they were in. I want my money back , these are not even underwears items , what is one suppose to do when they are not happy with the quality of the item , these are now forced down my throat to accept that. I am sorry , I wont allow that. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
