Takealot the biggest disapointment ever
I ordered Christmas gifts, to be delivered on the 11th of Desember. I leave for holiday on the 13th. No delivery happened on the 11th. And no sms to inform me of a problem. Long telephone calls to Takealot. Tried everything possible to get the delivery in time before I leave for holiday. Eventually they promised to deliver on the 12th. I just got a sms to tell me delivery will take place on the 14th. To late, I must leave Pretoria without my order... and no Christmas gifts!!! Pathetic. Will never use you again and I will tell everybody how absolutely pathetic your service is. Horrible experience.
