Takealot the best online shop

Takealot is my favourite online shop. I have never had any issues. If I bought something and it doesn't suit my needs I just log a return and a courier fetches it within 1-2 days and I am refunded. Other online shops expect you to pay delivery fee if you want to return the item for no reason. I have bought products that broke within the warranty period and they would fetch and refund or replace, no hassles. This week was my first little bad experience, I received the incorrect parcel, but after following the correct procedure in logging a return, it will be picked up on Monday and replaced. Takealot is definitely my first go to online shop, I have full confidence that my shopping experience will be the best.
