TAKEALOT THE *****

I will never in my life buy anything from takealot again because of the treatment I received from them. Takealot delivered an item of less quality than the one I ordered so I returned it for the one I ordered. They sent me an email that they don’t have it in stock and have credited my takealot account with less money than I paid. They did not refund the money I paid for delivery and I told them that I refuse to pay for their mistake because the money was for them to deliver the item to me and it’s not my fault that they delivered the wrong item. I don’t have the item and now I must loose money for nothing.

On top of that they decided that they are not going to credit my money back into my bank account but into my takealot account. Who do they think they are to decide with my money. Who told them that I still want to spend my money on takealot. I just want my money in my bank account so we can part ways in peace. I have sent them emails after email they don’t respond. The good thing about an email is that it’s proof that you made contact and you were ignored.
