Takealot - thanks for nothing.

Seriously horrible experience with takealot. I ordered the wrong item and phoned them immediately. As soon as the item showed as sent, I was to contact them so they can send it to the warehouse. This never happened. The item was out for delivery and I phoned twice to have it returned back to the warehouse, now it shows that an unknown person signed for the package - how can this happen? This is pathetic. Seriously.
