TAKEALOT teying to take a lot for nothing... ******

I placed an online order with TAKEALOT on Friday 11 November 2022...who then sent an email stating they have canceled my order for non payment. I send them a print screen of the payment from my standard bank app. They say I must send a statement with specific details showing in pdf format. I gilo to the bank to confirm the payment and have it printed out... I sent a pdf statement to TAKEALOT *** then they send me a small picture that looks like an Excel spreadsheet or a piece of it to prove thwir case that I didn't make the payment and not their bank details proving that the transaction didn't go through... Still waiting for further correspondence from them.
