Takealot textbook disaster

I ordered my IFRS pack (5 books) and ISA pack (3 books) saica handbooks on Takealot about a month ago. After waiting so long for these books, And paying about R2000 for the whole lot, I only received 1 Book out 5 & 1 book out of the 3. I have emailed asking for the books to be replaced/refunded however I have not received any communication from Takealot. I am extremely disappointed that I have to go through this with Takealot.
