Takealot terror!

I have ordered a car part off Takealot! After investigating part names/sizes etc and carefully choosing out the correct part Takealot sends me the wrong part! Now they refuse to take it back saying that it's been used and the package has been opened. I have contacted their customer service team but yet no proper help has been offered. Instead I received and email brushing me off. This is a nightmare, this is a R2400 part that I am now sitting with! In the meanwhile I have had to purchase one from a spare shop. No help from these guys, do not buy from them! This is Terrible service
