Takealot terrible service on delivery.

I've ordered a portable watercooler on the 25th of January, it's the 5th of February already. 2 weeks almost. I've never waited for an order so long from Takealot. When I go to my orders I can't even track it yet as the order has not even left the supplier, meaning Takealot warehouse doesn't have it yet.

Every time I query about it they say I must be patient. This is truly terrible service.
