Takealot terrible service

Disgusted that I placed 2 orders days apart to get there and find out the one was canceled due to no collection. I had to replace the order just to pay R104 more on the order. Estimated delivery time was 24 then 13 Dec now it shows 2 jan 2021. This is Christmas gifts. Why do I have to go on the takealot app to see the date changed? Now I have to go buy the gifts somewhere else and then I can only return the takealot order once it is ready for collection to get a refund. This is really pathetic service.
