Takealot-Terrible Service

I ordered a belecoo baby stroller from Takealot and guess what their gave me the wrong order and when I send them an email they kept on asking me silly questions it's been more then 3 weeks now and it seems like they don't want to take the Stroller back. Takelot service is terrible. They don't want to take accountability, even the emails they sent me you can tell that they don't care about customers. Instead of apologizing and send me the right order they are so ignorance and arrogant.
