TAKEALOT - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible experience on my order.

I bought 2 microwaves and after a while 1 broke.

Sent Takealot a message and the relevant company came to repair.

Repaired the item lasted 2 months before having intermittent issues again.

The company took the item to be sent to their suppliers.

I got a mail on the 21st of May from them to say they sent a credit note to Takealot.

It is now the 2nd of June (2 weeks later) and i am still struggling with takealot. They keep saying i need to wait for further feedback.

Still waiting for my refund.

TERRIBLE
