Takealot: Terrible Service!!

I have always been a Takealot supporter, but, after having such unacceptable service doubt I will purchase there again. I ordered 3 x ****roach traps. Instead I was sent 3 x kitchen washcloths. I submitted a return, which they collected, but nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a full refund. Firstly I was refunded for only 1 trap, today I was finally refunded for the 2nd trap. I am still waiting for the refund of the 3rd trap. I have struggled to contact them. E-mails don't work 100%, replies are slow and there are NO telephone numbers. They sent me the wrong order, I sent the order back and now I am struggling to get a FULL refund.
